ESTROMAT 260-600

The ESTROMAT 260-600 has been especially developed as a pressure vessel machine for the processing of refractory materials for the supply of casting ladles, blast furnace troughs and runners etc.

Refractory materials with high densities and low water contents of 4 - 6 % usually are not or extremely difficult to process by conventional pumping systems.

The well developed mixing and conveying technology of the ESTROMAT 260-600 allows to transport all earth moist, dry and thixotropic materials with grain sizes up to 15 mm pneumatically and without segregation up to a 80 m distance.

ESTROMAT 165

The ESTROMAT 165, an extremely compact unit deve- loped by UELZENER in close co- operation with producers and users of refractory products for casting ladles, blast furnace troughs etc. It is specially conceived for the preparation of refractory masses in small loads (up to 200 kg).

The efficiently designed technique for the mixing and conveying through, a pressurised vessel allows an effective preparation of almost any machine-workable refractory concrete existing on the market.

Refractory masses with high densities and very low water content of only 4-6% usually cannot be conveyed by con- ventional pump systems or at least this is performed with extreme difficulties. 

ESTROMAT 264

The ESTROMAT 264ST is specifically designed for the processing of refractor materials such as LC- and ULC masses with low water demand. The machine intensively mixes the material with its compulsory mixer build-in the pressure vessel with 4 wear resistant mixing blades and transports the material by means of compressed air to the build-in place.

ESTROMAT is a mixing and conveying unit for tundish refractory spraying masses of up to grain size 4mm.

ESTROMAT 850

The ESTROMAT 850 has been especially developed as pressure vessel machine for the processing of refractory materials for the supply of casting ladles, blast furnace troughs and runners etc.

The big volume of approximately 850 l as against the so far used pressure vessels of 260 l as well as 600 l volume is very suitable for economical and reliable processing of pre-mixed refractory masses in Big-Bags of 1,5t.

ESTROMAT 403

UELZENER continuous mixer types ESTROMAT 400 are used especially with brick mortar. UELZENER developed the type ESTROMAT 403 which covers the upper range of the mixing capacity. There are three versions available with outputs from 5 up to 20 m3/h. 

UELZENER T115

The UELZENER T115 fully pneumatic pressure chamber conveying system for the handling of dry fine grained refractory materials for rapid hot repairs on electric ovens, converters and other localised repairs.

The wear of the UELZENER T115 is extremely low as the working principle does not require rotating parts in the bulk goods. The uniform transport of the dry material into the conveying line results from the ratio chamber pressure /conveying pressure, which is adjusted specifically to the material.

The working sequence is extensively automated, therefore operating errors are practically excluded. The integrated electric-pneumatic control regulates preblowing time, opening and closing of material outlet flap, application of air pressure, empty blowing time on conveying line and pressure relief of chamber.
